ITIL® 4 Foundation – Virtual – Course and Exam Voucher
About this course:
ITIL 4 builds on established ITIL best practices. It offers a practical, flexible approach to digital transformation and supports an end-to-end operating model for delivering and operating products and services. The framework also provides a holistic view by integrating Lean IT, Agile, and DevOps.
The ITIL® 4 Foundation is a 3-day virtual course based on AXELOS exam specifications. It helps participants understand the key concepts of service management and the ITIL 4 framework while preparing for the ITIL® 4 Foundation exam.
